RFID Registration & Cashless Pass System:

CCLEX uses an electronic toll collection system powered by CCLEX RFID. While cash lanes are temporarily open, getting an RFID tag is highly recommended for faster transit.

1. Book Online: Register your vehicle on the official CCLEX RFID portal.

2. Visit Installation Site: Drive to an authorized customer service center (e.g., CCLEX Toll Plaza or partner malls).

3. Get Tagged: A technician will paste the free RFID sticker onto your windshield or headlight.

4. Reload & Drive: Maintain a balance using the CCLEX mobile app, GCash, or Maya.

Rules for Sub-400cc Motorcycles:

Motorcycles with engine displacements between 125cc and 399cc are legally allowed on CCLEX.

1. Lane Discipline: Riders must stick strictly to the designated red-painted motorcycle lane on the right side of the bridge.

2. Speed Limits: Keep a steady speed between 40 km/h (minimum) and 60 km/h (maximum).

3. Safety Gear: Both rider and backrider must wear proper helmets, closed shoes, and protective gear.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are small motorcycles allowed on the CCLEX bridge?

Yes, unlike traditional Luzon tollways that require a 400cc minimum engine size, CCLEX welcomes smaller motorcycles with a minimum displacement of 125cc. For safety, all sub-400cc riders must ride inside the designated, brightly colored motorcycle lane and abide by a lower speed cap of 60 km/h.

2. Can you pay cash at CCLEX?

Yes. If you do not have an RFID sticker installed yet, you can use the designated cash lanes located at the main toll plaza. Be sure to align your vehicle in the correct lane lane as you approach the toll barriers. For a completely seamless commute, you can get a free RFID tag installed at the bridge service kiosks.

3. Can you stop on the CCLEX bridge to take photos?

No. Stopping, idling, or parking on the bridge deck to take selfies or scenic photographs is strictly prohibited. The expressway is a high-speed transit zone, and pulling over poses an extreme collision risk. Security patrols and high-definition CCTV cameras actively monitor the lanes, and violators will be heavily apprehended.
